   1. good fat



      We take food in our daily life ... in which we can get good fat from certain foods like avocado, coconut oil, soy oil, peanuts, dark chocolate, ghee, dry fruits.

      It protects us from heart disease, bad cholesterol, lowering blood pressure, knee and joint pain ...

     Ghee in a way acts as oiling for your body parts so that you can also get relief from joint pain and also help in losing weight.

     According to Ayurveda, drinking ghee on an empty stomach in the morning treats the body like juice, which is a great source of nutrition for every cell of the body. Consumption of 1/2 teaspoon of cow ghee on an empty stomach every morning reduces the accumulation of free radicals in the body cells along with the thickening of the arteries and improvement of blood circulation.



     2. bad fat

The food we eat outside in our daily life (in short, fast food) proves to be very harmful to your body in the long/short term.

Dairy products ( cakes), a lamb dish, pizza, cookies, meat, all these types of food eating time seems to be very spicy and full of taste but long throat some serious diseases such as bad cholesterol, obesity, type - Invites known diseases like diabetes, thyroid, blood pressure, heart attack.


So we have to be careful in advance ... and avoid using all these foods.
